GARAGE MAD4X4 INC RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

SECTION 1 - Overall Return and Replacement Guidelines

These are Garage MAD4X4 Inc’s (“Garage MAD4X4 Inc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Garage MAD4X4 Inc website.

All Returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • All product returns a Return Merchandise Authorization (RGA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Garage MAD4X4 Inc Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us This reduces confusion and allows us to handle requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Original Shipping and handling fees on the goods being returned or replaced are not reimbursable
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling fees of the goods being returned
  • Products that are received by Garage MAD4X4 Inc in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
    • Any product not purchased from Garage MAD4x4 Inc.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
    • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee (15% to 30%) or be rejected.
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Shipping Policies for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.
    • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed
    • Opened electrical items such as computers, universal performance chips, programmers, wiring kits, etc.
    • Custom made floor mats, dash covers, seat covers, car covers or any item that has been monogrammed.
    • Closeout or Clearance items.
    • Snow Chains.
    • Any item that has been custom painted.
    • Custom mechanical products.
    • Special ordered items.

 

  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

 

 

SECTION 2 - Returns and Exchanges

Return for refund within: 30 days

Return for exchange within: 30 days

Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition (see Overall Return Guidelines) will not be refunded in full or at all. Customers should be sure they truly want something before placing an order.

 

Exchanges are done using store credit, which is then applied to the replacement product. Leftover credit from the exchange will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping and handling.

Exchanges done outside of the first 30 days of original product purchase may be subject to restocking fees (15% to 30%).

 

SECTION 3 - Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Products

All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost.

If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, it may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can request a store credit, an even exchange, full credit towards another purchase or a refund.

 

Shipping couriers do not cover small damages (minor cracks/hair line cracks) caused to fiberglass items during shipping.

 

Should a customer receive a defective product, the product can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the purchase.

 

Keep an eye out on product fitment!

Customers are responsible to make sure that the product they are purchasing fits and works with the vehicle or application they intend to use with the purchased merchandise. This also applies to products that are marked as “universal fit”

If a customer purchased the wrong product, they can return the product and exchange it for another (this process follows the returns and replacements guidelines).
