We are pleased to both shipping and local pick up options to our customers!

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada.

In all cases, we do our best to accommodate our customers and provide a shopping experience they can count on.

SECTION 1- Delivery Time

First and foremost, Garage MAD4X4 is a speciality customization shop. As such, most of our facilities are dedicated to lifts. This means that we order most inventory on an order by order basis. As such, the actual delivery time will be the time we take to process the order plus the shipping time provided by our carriers.

In cases where the product needs to be shipped via freight, or is marked as special order, the processing time will usually be longer (In some cases up to 4 weeks).

Additionally, shipments to remote areas can also take longer to ship out.

Many rare, specialty items, or US products usually take a bit longer to get to us, thus increasing the total deliver time.


If a customer’s order has merchandise originating from different sources, the processing time may be longer as we assemble all the merchandise to ship in one shipment. In some cases where the total order weight is higher than 150lb (68kg), we will break up the shipments in the most optimal way to reduce our shipping costs and shipping times.

SECTION 2- Free Shipping

 

At Garage MAD4X4, we truly want to show our customers how much we appreciate their business by absorbing the costs of shipping and extending free shipping when and where we can.

That said, here are the details on how free shipping works, and its limitations.

  • Free shipping applies to orders with qualifying merchandise. Here are the qualifying details:
    • Does not apply to merchandise that is labelled as “Special Order” or “Pick-up Only”
    • Free shipping orders are delivered via Standard Ground only. Other forms of shipping do not apply
    • Available only to Canadian provinces (Free shipping does not apply to Territories or remote locations)
  • Free shipping exemptions:
    • All tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, cargo racks, and drivetrain parts, or parts weighing more than 150lb (68kg)
    • Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight
    • Specialty order products
    • Prior purchases and returns

 

SECTION 3 - Pricing

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.


 

Shipping Methods

For most orders, we ship using Purolator Ground Service for domestic shipments to the Canadian provinces.

Freight Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these cases, we will keep your order on hold until we can contact you to work out delivery arrangements. Should we be unable to contact you within 15 days of the order being placed, we will cancel the order and refund the payment via the original payment method.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
